My guest today is Dr. Cassandra Hutchins, a therapist in private practice in Short Hills, NJ. She specializes in EMDR, trauma focused-CBT, positive psychology, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic and relaxation-based treatments. Dr. Cass is also the Creator of YourDocInTheBox therapy cards. Today she shares some of her go-to tools for helping her clients ease stress and anxiety, her best advice for beginning therapy, and how to go back in time to your childhood to understand who you are today.
