Dr. Cassandra Hutchins, Founder

Dr. Cassandra Hutchins is a licensed clinical psychologist and therapist in New Jersey with extensive experience in private practice, clinical assessment, and community mental health settings. She specializes in trauma-informed care, somatic therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and high-performance mental health for individuals ready to thrive in both personal and professional areas of their lives.

Dr. Hutchins earned her B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University and her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Capella University. Over her career, she has worked with adults, adolescents,and children facing depression, anxiety, trauma, traumatic brain injury, and complex life transitions, as well as individuals involved with child protective services. She has a deep background in clinical and forensic settings, including psychiatric and forensic-psychiatric centers, prisons, and neuropsychological rehabilitation programs.

Her therapeutic approach integrates eclectic, evidence-informed modalities such as mindfulness meditation, somatic therapy, trigger-point tapping (EFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT),psychodynamic therapy, visualization techniques, and existential approaches. She is also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), supporting clients in processing and resolving traumatic experiences.

Dr. Hutchins is recognized for her work with high-mindset, executive, and high-performing clients, including athletes, professionals, and leaders, and is listed as a provider for the National Basketball Player’s Association (NBPA). She also offers ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, providing extended, intensive sessions designed to accelerate emotional insight, healing, and transformation beyond traditional therapy.

In addition to individual, couples and group therapies, Dr. Hutchins has collaborated with corporations, local government agencies, and large organizations,delivering workshops,training sessions, and large-scale clinical energy and mindfulness programs that foster resilience, clarity, and peak performance.
