Postdoctoral Fellowship

The Cass Center is currently accepting applications for a one-year professional post-doctoral training program tailored to enhance the skills of psychologists specializing in holistic treatments. Post-doc fellows at The Cass Center will benefit from outstanding individual and group supervision, participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings, and deliver evidence-based treatments for children, adolescents, and adults. The clinical training encompasses individual, dyadic, family, and group therapy, with opportunities to engage in teacher training and a pioneering SEL/Executive Function curriculum. This program will furnish the clinical hours and supervision necessary for licensure. Following licensure, there are prospects for long-term employment, either full-time or part-time, for qualified clinicians. The position provides excellent compensation and flexible work hours.

Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)

We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and experienced New Jersey Licensed Associate Counselor to join our team. Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time | Pay: $70.00 – $105.00 per hour

Expected hours: Work 15 – 40 hours per week & provide minimum 3 supervisions per week

Requirements:

– Minimum Two years experience

– Must provide supervision to Associate Counselors 

– Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups.

–  Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

– Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

– Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards.

– Provide consistent communication with referral sources and/or other providers

–  Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to create effective treatment plans.

– Knowledge of psychopharmacology and medical documentation

–  Strong data collection and analysis skills

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

–  Ability to work independently
