Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a kind of psychotherapy that helps people to change the thoughts and behaviors that cause them problems. CBT works by teaching patients how to identify their thoughts and beliefs about themselves, others, and the environment. Then they can make changes in their behavior to reverse those beliefs and ultimately increase their self-acceptance.

Breathwork
Breathwork is a way of helping you relax and quiet your mind. It’s often used as part of meditation, but can be used in other situations too like before meetings or to help you fall asleep. As you breathe slowly, consciously, and evenly, your body physically changes. This process makes your body more relaxed which means it will be less resistant to receiving the messages from your mind.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT is based on the understanding that all emotional/behavioral problems lie within your own mind, and therefore can be solved through tapping on various acupressure points while you speak about the issues in their life. It works quickly, with virtually no preparation required; most clients say they feel instant relief from their symptoms almost immediately after starting treatment.

Positive Psychology
Positive Psychology looks at what makes people happy and successful, how we can improve the lives of people, families and communities. Often referred to as “other-izing” or “unselfishness,” positive psychology posits that happiness comes not from pursuing one’s own self-interest but rather from contributing to others.
